1. How long do I have to return?
You’ve got 15 days from the day your order arrives to start a return request. Miss the window, and we won’t be able to process it—so be sure to check your items as soon as they show up!

Note:If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Underwear, swimwear, and socks (hygiene products)
