1. Order Processing
- In-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Pre-order items require 10-20 days.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Order delivery time consists of two phases:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: 1-5 business days
Shipping Time: 7-25 business days
- Actual delivery times may vary slightly based on destination and local postal conditions.

2. Shipping Details:
Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express or EMS.

• Remote Areas: Additional 3–5 days (EMS only).

- Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination, displayed at checkout.
- Delivery to PO boxes and remote areas is not supported. Please provide a valid physical address.
